The African Diaspora entrepreneurship ecosystem is rapidly evolving across Europe. Despite this growth, entrepreneurship remains a challenging and precarious endeavor, especially for entrepreneurs of migrant origins. The success of entrepreneurs does not only rely on tangible support but also hinges on having the right mindset, which makes the mental health of entrepreneurs very important.
Unfortunately, there is limited information addressing the intersection of entrepreneurship and mental health, focusing on entrepreneurs with migrant backgrounds in Europe. Recognizing this gap, Food Bridge vzw, in collaboration with Arteveld University of Applied Sciences, has developed a concise survey targetting entrepreneurs within diaspora communities in Europe.
This sample survey aims to gather valuable data and insights that will contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurship and mental health. By participating, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to help shed more light on their unique challenges and the specific types of support they need. The main goal is to have an environment where mental health considerations are integral to the success and well-being of entrepreneurs.
We encourage you to take a few moments to complete the survey and also share it within your network. Your input is valuable and paves the way for a more informed and supportive entrepreneurship ecosystem for people from diaspora communities in Europe.
