Africana Flavours 2021

The Food Bridge vzw is organizing the 6th edition of Africana Flavours, in partnership with GC Nekkersdal, Sankaa vzw, Solidev vzw, the Forgotten Green Heroes and with subsidy from the International Solidarity unit, City of Brussels.
Due to the Covid protocols we have made changes to this year's edition. Some sessions will be virtual, while we will have in place very few people. However we will have take-away bags of ingredients for the presented African dishes and snacks.
There will also be discussions and presentations focusing on;
The gastronomic wealth of the African continent
The sustainable production of African food.
The role of European consumers in African agriculture.
